I called the venue last week and made a booking for 15 people, although I'm not sure what it is I've booked - a meal, a room or what, as they didn't say, but what I'm hoping for is just some space to meet up, a bit of finger food and so on. I'll drop them an email again today to try and firm things up. If we organize food, there'll obviously be a cost - unless someone wants to sponsor the evening? - which should be no more than $20 or $30, less if we can just organize a buffet. Anyway, if others want to come (and you've got an Oracle blog) let me know, otherwise see you on the Tuesday.
