Whilst the most dangerous thing I'll be contemplating tonight will be whether to have the lamb shank or the pan-fried trout in the Reading Moathouse restaurant (or perhaps the healthy option - heh), my old work colleague Jon Mead is daft enough to have signed up to do a cross-Atlantic sailing trip in aid of the Alzheimer's Society, setting off next week
