UKOUG call for papers
The UKOUG is having a conference in December and the call for papers for the 2007 calendar has been open for a while now. I just finished submitting an abstract through their website. This is the first submission I make to such a big conference so I don't have too high expectations. My idea is to cover some of the authorization and authentication possibilities in the OBIEE suite. I have been tossing around the idea of a paper on the subject for a few days now and then Mark Rittmanm from Rittman Mead Consulting, suggest to me to go ahead and submit something to the UKOUG conference so the timing was good. Now I will just have to 'sit by the phone' and see if my submission will make the cut. Again, I am not that confident for a first try, but it sure would be nice.
