I have long been a fan of Raptor, or as it became when it was an official product, SQL Developer. One of the great features is that you can install add-ins to provide enhanced reporting. In this case all you have to do is go to the OWB Utility Exchange and download the OWB SQLDeveloper zip file unpack the .XML file and import it in to SQL developer - just a right click on the reports menu should give the import option
