Update on Forthcoming Events
Just a quick post to provide an update on forthcoming events involving Rittman Mead.
Collaborate'09 is just around the corner, and Rittman Mead will be attending and presenting as part of the IOUG and OAUG streams. Here's the sessions and the dates they are running on:
- Borkur Steingrimsson : "High Availability in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition" : Session 2517, Tuesday May 05 2009, 03:15 PM - 04:15 PM
- Mark Rittman : "Optimizing the Performance of the Oracle BI Applications Data Warehouse" : Session 2513, Wednesday May 06 2009, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
I am also taking part on the IOUG BI&DW Panel, and Joe Leva is also hoping to attend and present depending on some project work he is doing.
I'm also going to ODTUG Kaleidoscope 2009, and if you're interested in attending and still want to take advantage of the Early Bird rate, this deal closes tomorrow (April 7th). Details on the Kaleidoscope website if you get in quickly.
Closer to home, the Rittman Mead BI Forum has almost sold out, with just seven places left. We'll be closing registrations in a couple of weeks time so that we can finalize numbers, so again if you're interested take a look at the event page and get yourself registered soon.
Finally, the free half-day "Explore Oracle BI with the Experts" event we were planning to run on the 1st April in London had to be put back because of the G20 demonstrations. We're now running it on the 30th April, also in London, and there's a couple of places left if you'd like to come. Registration is free and places can be booked through this link.
