Rittman Mead America is Recruiting

While most of Rittman Mead in the UK is attending the second annual Rittman Mead BI Forum, I'm still in the US finishing up a project with a client this week, wishing I was in Brighton for some of the great sessions going on there. But, since I'm not attending, I decided to handle a little Rittman Mead America business and announce that we are recruiting for BI consultants. Mark has made similar announcements for the UK in the past, for example, this one from three years ago. Honestly, our requirements for hiring consultants hasn't changed from that time. We don't employ any junior consultants, so you would have to be highly experienced with some or all of the Oracle BI Stack (OBIEE, OWB, ODI, the Oracle Database, Hyperion), preferably have consulting experience, and excellent client-facing skills. Our consultants also provide all of our training services, and most of us write and speak at conferences, so being articulate and passionate about Oracle BI is another requirement.

What we offer is a chance to work with leaders in the Oracle BI field on very challenging projects, as well as the ability to have a direct impact on a small but growing Oracle consultancy. As we are ultimately looking for extremely experienced consultants, we would consider a variety of arrangements, from full-time Rittman Mead employees to associate consultants who work with us on projects.
