Following the release of Oracle Business Intelligence 11g, Rittman Mead invites you to a morning briefing on the business benefits of this new release. At events in London and Manchester, Rittman Mead will demonstrate the capabilities of Oracle Business Intelligence to deliver efficiency, effectiveness and competitive advantage through actionable insight.

These free seminars will focus on how, starting with strategy and objectives, feeding through into key performance indicators, metrics and dashboards; you and your organisation can use the unique functionality of Oracle Business Intelligence 11g to align day-to-day activities with corporate strategy, ensuring businesses can monitor and manage consistent goals and performance at every level of operations.

The seminar will show delegates how organisations can achieve their objectives and goals through the new capabilities of Oracle Business Intelligence 11g, and will cover topics such as

• Strategy maps - to align corporate strategy with day-to-day activities
• Scorecarding - providing at-a-glance insight into performance in key areas
• KPIs - coherent and flexible performance indicator management to help analyse and monitor key metrics across the organisation
• Interactive dashboarding - providing instant access to vital information in a flexible and interactive environment
• Ad-hoc reporting - user-friendly self-service reporting suitable for all levels of an organisation
• Action Frameworks - using the analysis and insight provided to drive business process through the action framework

The sessions will run for the morning, starting at 9.30am and finishing around 12.30pm, with the opportunity for one-on-one discussions after the seminar.
