Our Oracle Analytics Bootcamp gives attendees a complete overview of the Oracle Analytics platform. It is designed for anyone who is new to Oracle Analytics or who wants to understand the full capabilities of the platform. The course covers everything from the architecture and security to data modelling to building reports and dashboards to data discovery and basic machine learning.
The course starts by introducing Oracle Analytics components and key concepts. For days 1 and 2 the focus is on the data and semantic layer/meta data repository, where we show you how to create a data model from a data warehouse or directly from source.
The third day covers standard reporting and dashboards, starting with the basics and then moving on to more advanced topics such as variables and conditional formatting
The fourth day covers data discovery and visualisation, starting with data acquisition and preparation and then moving on to creating visualisations and dashboards. The course then covers advanced topics such as using advanced analytics, data flows and machine learning.
The course is modular, so you can select which days are applicable to your role.

Overview
The Oracle Analytics (OA) Overview is designed to help people get oriented to the big picture of the Oracle Analytics platform. It was created in such a way to be equally relevant to organisations using both the on premises or cloud versions, OAS and OAC. This is a great foundation training and illustrates the purpose and typical use cases of each of the OA components such as the Data Modeller, Classic Answers and Dashboards and Data Visualisation.
RPD & Data Modelling
The Metadata Repository (RPD) course provides insightful and practical data modelling training and equips learners with techniques and best practices to connect to source data and create a semantic model for use with Oracle Analytics. The course goes on to discuss the various options for deploying the RPD and how to manage the RPD in a multi-user environment.

Classic Analytics and Dashboards
Classic Analytics and Dashboards is a powerful governed reporting tool for Oracle Analytics. The training course teaches delegates how to create basic analysis and design interactive dashboards. The course then goes on to cover advanced topics such as using variables, conditional formatting, advanced analytics and navigation links.

Data Visualisation (1 day)
Data Visualization is Oracle Analytics' self-service reporting tool for data exploration and visualisations. This course starts with data acquisition and preparation and then moves on to creating visualisations and dashboards. The course then covers advanced topics such as using advanced analytics, data flows and machine learning.
